AICU Create 利用規約（アルファ版・仮）

版: create-calendar-2026-10（2026-10-24）。正式な規約は準備中で、それまでの間この仮規約が適用されます。入口の同意（「アルファ版の利用規約（仮）に同意する」）はこの版に対して記録されます。

1. サービス

AICU Create（以下「本サービス」）は AICU Inc. が提供するアルファ版のツールです。仕様・表示・料金は予告なく変わることがあります。日本向けの印刷と出荷は AICU Japan 株式会社が行います。

2. アカウントと AP

一部の機能（AI での生成、サーバ保存、共有リンク）には AICU のログインが必要です。AI での生成には AP（AICU のポイント）を使います。レイアウト・編集・PDF の書き出しは無料です。

3. アセット（保存した画像と JSON）

  • プロジェクトに保存した画像と JSON は AICU Create アセットとして預かり、最終保存から最大 365 日残します。365 日以内に保存またはコピーが無い場合は自動で消えます。保存の継続は保証しません。
  • アセットは非公開で保管します。利用者が明示的に公開（共有リンクの発行・ギャラリーへの登録）しない限り公開しません。
  • AICU はアセットを AI の学習に使いません。
  • 同じアカウントであれば複数の端末から参照できます。別の端末で開いているプロジェクトを引き継ぐと、元の端末では保存できなくなります。

4. 禁止事項

  • NSFW その他印刷所が受け付けないデータの作成・入稿。
  • 第三者の権利（著作権・商標・肖像・ロゴ・キャラクター）を侵害するデータの利用。ロゴ・写真・キャラクターは、権利をお持ちのもの、または許諾を得たものだけをお使いください。
  • 本サービスの不正利用、他者のアカウントの利用、自動化による過度な負荷。

アップロード画像の出所は、定期または抜き打ちで確認することがあります（確認の権利を留保します）。

5. 権利

利用者がアップロードした素材の権利は利用者に残ります。生成画像の権利は、利用したモデルの規約に従います。AICU Inc. は、本サービスでつくられた作例を広告・営業に使うことがあります（対価を AP でお返しする設計を進めています。AICU Japan 株式会社はこの利用に関与しません）。

6. 印刷と免責

  • 書き出した PDF による印刷の仕上がり（色・断裁位置・用紙・納期）は保証しません。印刷所の案内に従い、必要に応じて色校正をご利用ください。
  • 写真の CMYK 変換は画面の色からの簡易変換です。CMYK 変換と仕上がりについては印刷所にご確認ください。
  • 本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、停止・変更・データの消失について AICU は責任を負いません（法令で認められる範囲で）。

7. 共有リンク

共有リンクは公開です。リンクを知っている人は誰でも内容を見られます。共有リンクの中身はプロジェクトを削除すると消えます。

8. 国際対応

印刷と出荷は日本国内に限ります。海外への発送はご希望の集計をもとに検討します。

9. メールマガジン

無料でのご利用には週刊 AICU（メールマガジン）の購読に同意していただきます。購読の記録と配信は AICU のメールシステム（mail.aicu.ai）が行い、話題ごとの受信設定や配信停止はメール内のリンクから行えます。

10. 準拠法・連絡先

AICU Create Terms of Use (alpha, provisional)

Version: create-calendar-2026-10 (2026-10-24). Formal terms are in preparation; these provisional terms apply until then. The consent recorded at the entrance refers to this version.

1. Service

AICU Create (the "Service") is an alpha tool provided by AICU Inc. Features, screens and pricing may change without notice. Printing and shipping in Japan are handled by AICU Japan Co., Ltd.

2. Accounts and AP

Some features (AI generation, server save, share links) require an AICU login. AI generation uses AP (AICU points). Layout, editing and PDF export are free.

3. Assets (saved images and JSON)

  • Images and JSON saved in a project are kept as AICU Create assets for up to 365 days after the last save. They are removed automatically if not saved or copied within 365 days. Continued storage is not guaranteed.
  • Assets are stored privately and are not published unless you explicitly publish them (issuing a share link, registering in a gallery).
  • AICU does not use assets for AI training.
  • You can open assets from any device with the same account. Taking over a project open on another device stops saving on that device.

4. Prohibited use

  • Creating or submitting NSFW or other data that print shops do not accept.
  • Using data that infringes third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, likeness, logos, characters). Use only logos, photos and characters you own or are licensed to use.
  • Abuse of the Service, use of someone else's account, or excessive automated load.

We may audit the origin of uploaded images periodically or at random (we reserve this right).

5. Rights

You keep the rights to the material you upload. Rights to generated images follow the terms of the model used. AICU Inc. may use examples made with the Service for advertising and sales (we are designing a way to return the value in AP; AICU Japan Co., Ltd. is not involved in this use).

6. Printing and disclaimer

  • Print results (color, trim position, paper, lead time) from exported PDFs are not guaranteed. Follow your print shop's guidance and use proofs where needed.
  • Photo CMYK conversion is a simple conversion from screen colors. Ask your print shop about CMYK conversion and the finish.
  • The Service is provided as is; to the extent permitted by law, AICU is not liable for interruption, change or data loss.

7. Share links

Share links are public: anyone with the link can view the content. Share-link content is removed when the project is deleted.

8. International use

Printing and shipping are limited to Japan. International shipping will be considered based on recorded interest.

9. Newsletter

Free use requires consent to the Weekly AICU newsletter. Consent records and delivery are handled by AICU's mail system (mail.aicu.ai); per-topic preferences and unsubscribe are available from links in the email.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States (printing and billing in Japan follow the terms of AICU Japan Co., Ltd.). Contact: https://aicu.ai/contact (corporate and invoices: [email protected]).
